What countries do you ship to? What is the shipping cost and delivery time?

We currently accept worldwide orders. Your preferred shipping method can be selected at checkout - all our Customers are satisfied. Shipping costs may vary depending on order volume. Average order shipping cost is US $10.00 - $20.00
Delivery time usually takes on average 1-4 weeks depending on destination if domestic or international, and if said product is stocked or made to order/custom Finished. We ship using FeDex/DHL as the courier of choice.

You may like to contact your nearest post office if you do not receive the mail after waiting for a reasonable length of time as it might have been held in the post office if unclaimed during the initial delivery.

International Shipping

We can offer international shipping services on our leather, full skins only, from both our USA and Malaysian locations, depending on ready stock/inventory via Freight couriers such as DHL or FeDex. We do not ship scrap, backstraps, etc. ALL cross border shipments worldwide for exotic leather be it lizard, python or crocodile (as well as most exotic leather and finished products like handbags which we also stock) is governed under and international treaty called CITES. Generally, this is applied when orders are of high quantity. For orders under 10 pieces of skin/hides, you can opt for Logistic International Company Delivery which avoids CITES - but please note the quantity when ordering. Also, cstom requests can be executed in an effort to reduce shipping & processing time for both parties.

When shipped without CITEs documentation, usually for orders not exceeding 5 pieces, the Buyer bears Full responsibility if logistical issues occur at customs checkpoints w/ internationally delivered orders straight From our Malaysian tannery (Both parties will have to mutually agree on this position).

To this point, orders within the quantity of 5 skins no matter species or size are usually accepted by customs so CITES requirements will be on a case-by-case basis depending on Buyer/Seller logistics and discussions.

Domestic Shipping

Otherwise, Domestically stocked skins can ship without prior CITEs addressing timely via USPS/FeDex.

The majority of our shipments are shipped under said CITEs regulations with NO EXCEPTIONS, when multiple pieces/items are included.

Please contact us, BEFORE placing an order for details about the export process and to get specials instructions on how to make your purchase in our online store. We will guide you through it timely.

How to take care of genuine exotic leather products?

To keep a fine leather product looking new and lustrous, it should be properly cared for. A regular cleaning with a soft brush or dry cloth is essential for preserving the life of your leather goods. After considerable use or after leather product has gotten muddy or extremely dirty, it should be thoroughly cleaned down to its pours.
After a deep cleaning, a leather product should then be conditioned to replenish the lost emollients. Again, there are many products available but their basic premise is the same. Add moisture to leather to seal it and keep it from drying. A good product to use is URAD - leather cleaner, conditioner and protectant for any color leather. URAD opens the pores of the leather, lifts the dirt out to be carried away on a sponge, and it has lanolin in it that provides the conditioning and carnauba sap to provide the protection. You can get more detail on URAD and purchase at www.urad.com
Never use conditioners not formulated for use on leather.
Leather products made of animals such as crocodiles, snakes, lizards are different from ones made of cow skin. These animals have special membranes that keep the scales together. Because of these special membranes, the leather products should be cleaned and conditioned more frequently than products made of other animals. However the procedures are the same.
Take care of your leather. Always keep it in a clean dry place. It will continue to look new and you will enjoy it for a long, long, long time.
