Our tannery is based in Malaysia, & we have strategic offices w/ varying amounts of inventory & stock at any given time at each pursuant location. Sunny Exotic Leather ships worldwide from its USA, Malaysia, and China locations. Depending what where your order contains, the pursuant exotic leather hides will be collected and shipped from the most efficient points of delivery. For ready-stocked items, delivery takes 3-7 business days to fulfill and be delivered. For custom requests, expect 2-4 weeks. Tracking is provided for all orders and we utilise secure logistical carriers such as Fedex, USPS, & DHL all of which we have partnerships with. 

We abide by CITES regulations for governance of all exotic leather-related shipments. For smaller, non-wholesale retail-quantity orders (under 5 skins), CITES documentation may be optional if the buyer agrees to faster shipping without it. However, buyers are responsible for any customs or logistical issues if they choose this option.

Regarding Returns & Exchanges - this will be free, subject to the following: Most exotic leather skins are final sale due to their unique, customized nature. However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day exchange policy. Buyers are responsible for shipping and applicable fees in most cases on a case-by-case basis (CITES, return shipping, etc.).

If eligible, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or gift card. To qualify, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags.
