Every piece is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our hands because we genuinely want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Important Note: Most Items Are Final Sale
Due to the rare, high-value, and custom-finished nature of exotic leather skins, the majority of sales are final. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or monetary refunds except in limited circumstances outlined below. This policy helps us maintain exceptional quality and competitive pricing while complying with international regulations (including CITES).

Limited Exceptions – Case-by-Case Review Only

We review potential returns strictly on a case-by-case basis and reserve the sole discretion to approve or deny any request. We may consider offering a replacement (subject to availability), store credit/gift card, or monetary refund only for:
  • Verified quality defects that do not meet our published grade standards (e.g., Grade 1 skin shows significant flaws not disclosed).
  • Clear color or finish mismatches caused by our error (e.g., matte ordered but glazed shipped).
  • Logistical errors directly attributable to us (e.g., wrong species or item shipped).
We do not accept returns or provide refunds/exchanges for:
  • Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or preference changes.
  • Minor natural variations inherent to genuine exotic leather (e.g., natural markings, texture differences).
  • Issues arising from carrier damage, delays, or shipping errors—these must be addressed directly with the shipping provider.
  • Any use, cutting, or alteration of the skin.
Strict Eligibility Requirements
To be considered:
  • You must contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear supporting evidence (high-quality photos and/or videos demonstrating the specific issue).
  • The item must remain completely unused, undamaged, uncut, in its original mint condition and packaging, with all tags and documentation intact. Any signs of handling, wear, or alteration will void eligibility.
  • Returns must be pre-approved in writing—we will not accept or process unauthorized returns.
Return Process (If Approved)
  1. Reach out to our customer service team promptly. We're here to listen and help.
  2. If we agree there's a qualifying issue, we'll provide detailed return instructions, including the correct warehouse address (USA, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, or specified international office).
  3. You are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, secure packaging, tracking, insurance, and any associated fees (including CITES permits, re-export documentation, customs duties, or brokerage fees). We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier.
  4. Upon receipt and thorough inspection, we'll notify you of the final decision. Processing may take up to 2 weeks.
Refunds and Alternatives
Approved remedies (at our discretion) will be issued as store credit/gift card or to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct any incurred costs or decline if conditions are not fully met.

International Orders, Customs, Duties, and CITES
  • All customers are solely responsible for researching and paying any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and CITES-related costs upon arrival and for any returns.
  • Orders shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). Refused packages due to unpaid fees may be disposed of by carriers—we cannot guarantee recovery and will not issue refunds in such cases.
  • CITES compliance is critical; any required documentation or fees for returns are your responsibility.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled due to immediate processing, customization, and required documentation for exotic materials.

European Union Customers
EU shipments include a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from receipt, allowing cancellation for any reason (subject to the same strict condition and evidence requirements above). Return shipping remains your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
