While most custom-finished exotic leathers are final sale due to their production, rarity and certification requirements, we want you to shop with complete confidence in regards to our in-stock inventory of finished, 100% real, genuine, luxury high-quality exclusive exotic skins:

✅ 7-Day Grace Period – If your order does not meet the exact standards promised (grade, finish, or species), notify us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will assist you with an exchange, replacement, or credit option.
✅ Case-by-Case Flexibility – For high-value purchases, we review each request personally. In special cases, we may arrange monetary refunds or alternative solutions that honor your investment.
✅ Quality Guarantee – If there is ever an error on our part (wrong item, finish, or grade), we will make it right without hesitation.
✅ Transparent Returns – Buyers cover logistics (return shipping, CITES if required), but we provide full guidance to ensure a smooth, trackable process.

Please note, for issues that we are not the progenitor for, from our end, related to logistics/shipping/courier delivery once your order is fulfilled and dispatched securely, we are not held responsible and you will have to contact DHL, Fedex, USPS directly. 

We ask that all returns be unused, in original condition, with tags and certificates intact. This ensures that every skin maintains its full value and integrity.
