Our Tannery: Established in 2000, Sunny Exotic Leather Tannery operates primarily from our facility in Asia, where we tan & supply timelessly beautiful exotic leathers like crocodile, python, and lizard w/ the highest-quality finishes and abundant variety of ranges in mind - to serve all your needs pursuant to creativity. 

Materials: We specialize in producing high-grade exotic skins in custom finishes and colors to meet your design needs.

Minimums: Custom orders start at 10 skins per color.

Methods of Production: Expert tanning processes, dyeing, and custom finishing tailored to client specifications.

Costs & MOQ: Pricing, minimums, and production fees are quoted per inquiry.

Lead Time: Production typically takes 4-8 weeks, depending on order size.

The Process of Custom Leather Development:

Initial Design: Clients provide drawings, samples, or technical specs to initiate custom leather development.

Consultation: Our team reviews your specifications, advising on tanning methods, pricing, and minimums.

Color/Finish Samples: We create a sample based on your specifications. Once approved, we'll proceed with final sampling, typically within 2 weeks.

Production: After sample approval, production begins, taking around 4-8 weeks.

Delivery: Worldwide shipping is available via air or ocean freight, with global CITES documentation provided.
